Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of 3DreamFactory's website, platform, and 3D printing services (the "Services") operated by S.C. MAKE IT EASY SOLUTIONS SRL ("3DreamFactory", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Romania (RO 35792353), Timisoara, Romania.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
  • The Services are available to both consumers and business customers.
  • We may allow guest/anonymous orders.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, violations of these Terms, or any reason we deem necessary to protect the platform and our users.

Orders and Production

  • Accepted file formats include STL, 3MF, STEP, and OBJ.
  • You retain ownership and IP rights in your uploaded models and content.
  • We do not reuse or distribute your models for other customers.
  • You must ensure you have the rights and permissions to upload and manufacture any model. Copyrighted designs without author consent are prohibited.
  • Print quality tolerances and acceptable deviations are determined on a per-project basis and may vary by material, process, and geometry.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

  • Pricing is shown in EUR.
  • EU taxes and invoicing are issued by our Romanian entity. VAT reverse charge applies for EU VAT ID companies when eligible.
  • Payment methods: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for B2C and B2B. Wire transfers are available for B2B partners.
  • Payments are captured at order time.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Remakes

  • Orders are custom and generally non-cancellable once production begins. Cancellations are not refundable.
  • Failed prints may be eligible for a full refund after a dispute review and confirmation.
  • Delays may be eligible for partial refunds only when agreed in writing with B2B clients.
  • Defective or inaccurate prints are remade at our expense.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver to supported countries listed on the website and checkout flow.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by destination and production load.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes, where applicable.
  • If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, we may request documentation (photos, carrier info) and will remake the order at no additional cost when validated.

Prohibited Uses

  • You agree not to use the Services to manufacture or distribute infringing, illegal, or unauthorized content.
  • You agree not to upload models you do not have rights to use.
  • You agree not to engage in abuse, fraud, or security violations.

Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your models and content.
  • We retain all rights to our platform, software, branding, and materials.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DreamFactory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU regulations.
  • Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on our website and update the "Last updated" date.
